Phillip S. Gross, Attorney at Law, received his Juris Doctor degree from the George Mason University School of Law, Arlington, Virginia  and has been a Virginia licensed practicing trial attorney  practicing all over Northern Virginia, into the Valley and other places in the state, continuously since l981.
